Lakeside Cabin - Beaver Lake Resort - Pet friendly - Airbnb Legal!
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (15)
"Nice orderly cabin amongst a tightly packed RV park. A two minute walk to swimming or canoeing in Beaver Lake as well as a wonderful trail surrounding. Check-In was made a bit difficult as we were given an outdated code for the entrance gate. It took over an hour for the host to respond and we were not given their phone number. Luckily, other tenants let us in; otherwise it would have been rather frustrating."

"We stayed on this property while I was performing at a music festival nearby and we quickly agreed that it was the best choice we could have made. We loved it so much that we are already planning our next trip out!"

"I absolutely love this place. I'm from the island and did a little staycation, and I'm now forever renting from these wonderful people and staying in these cabins. A wonderful location right on the river and the coziest cabin with everything you need. The whole property is lovingly decorated with detail, and has a wonderful rustic vibe. The hosts are lovely, friendly and helpful, and let us check in early. I will be staying here again and again! I only wish I could bring my pup as she would also...

Spacious and Cozy house in charming Lake Cowichan
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (1)
"Everything was clean and ready for us to stay when we arrived. It was raining while we were there or we would have used the large, lovely patio. I appreciate the dishes, pots and pans so we could make our own food. That definitely makes it easier when travelling with kids. There's oil, salt, pepper and various herbs and spices in the cabinets as well. I would have liked to have a table to eat at (especially with kids!) but we made do. Great communication from the host when I had a question. I...

Escape to Lake Cowichan area in 2024!
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (4)
"Great little resort with private beach & dock area. Swim area was fun ( though not too big because of all the lily pads) and we made good use of the inflatable water tubes and balls provided. The home provided a portable AC unit which kept the main areas cool, but it was a little warm in bedrooms until the night air helped cool them down. There were a few ants on the kitchen counter in the mornings, but otherwise clean. No WIFI or cable, but plenty of DVDs to watch. Close to town, relaxing, and...
